CompassData has developed methods to quickly and accurately collect the position of cellular towers and their antennas. By using trained field personnel and sophisticated location devices, CompassData can deliver a product to help cellular carriers meet the FCC Phase II requirements. CompassData has conducted projects to test wireless location technology accuracy and accuracy assessment of Phase II wireless E911 systems.
